When you create an ADVISY™ Profile, we collect the personal information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, areas of expertise, professional credentials, the fees you charge, and your bank account details for disbursement of your earnings.

We also automatically collect certain technical data when you use the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage activity, through cookies and similar technologies.

We use your information to: (a) create and maintain your ADVISY™ Profile; (b) process payments and disburse your gross earnings to your bank account after deducting the 15% Platform Fee; (c) market your profile and other profiles listed on ADVISY™; (d) operate, maintain, and host the Site; (e) communicate with you about your account and important updates; and (f) comply with applicable legal obligations.

One hundred percent (100%) of the 15% Platform Fee collected from your earnings is used exclusively for marketing profiles listed on ADVISY™ and for website hosting, upkeep, and maintenance only.

We share your profile information with clients who use the Site to find and book consultants, as a result of advertising that derives from a 15% fee paid from all monies you earn on the ADVISY™ website. We share your bank account details only with payment processors necessary to disburse your earnings.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ADVISY™, our users, or others.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your bank account details are encrypted and stored using industry-standard security practices and are accessible only to authorized payment processing personnel. We suggest that you create a separate, stand-alone bank account that is used only for your ADVISY™ earnings so as to better track and oversee your progress and balancing.
